as MadMan graphics is not responsible for any copyright images/photos that may be used in a design. To prevent any legal action that may come from the use of copyright material, please provide your own photos that you have full rights to ( Model(s), Background image, etc. )

TURN AROUND TIME

Most standard design projects can be turned around within 48 to 72 hrs. Logos and brand identity require 1 to 2 weeks. If time is an issue, feel free to give us a call and we can discuss our rush programs. Turn around times are estimated and not guaranteed , being that sometimes things happen that could intervene in the timing. But those are only rare occasions and should only be considered.

WHO OWNS THE RIGHTS TO THE DESIGN WORK

Complete ownership is yours upon receipt of final payment. We do, however, ask to reserve the right to use any work for portfolio purposes.

WHAT IS THE CLIENT’S INVOLVEMENT THROUGHOUT THE DESIGN PROCESS?

You may have as much involvement in the process as you see fit, but at the least we’ll ask the following of you. After initial discussions and the project starts, we’ll ask you to approve certain milestones so that everything stays on the right track. We’ll submit a final proof to you for approval before submitting anything to print or programming for web. And after the project is finished, you may have it in a variety of formats to fit your needs.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CHANGE MY MIND IN THE MIDDLE OF A JOB? 

No worries! Changes happen. We are happy to include your comments and revisions whether they happen at the beginning or middle of your project. If these changes affect the final price of your project, a change order will be sent to you for your approval prior to any changes being made.

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards and cash payments. The preferred method of payment is via a secured www.PayPal.com invoice  that will be sent prior to starting job. We require full payment upfront for any Job valued at $150 or less. Any job valued $150 or more we require a deposit of 50% of total cost and the remaining balance after the completion/satisfaction of the job. Refunds are given if our team does not meet requirement on quality and/or turn around time agreed. Any deposits paid are non-refundable if MadMan graphics is not at fault for the above mentioned.
